" The most memorable experience was the buyers emailing you two days prior to exchange of contracts saying they were pulling out of the sale. However awful it was at the time for all concerned, we felt you dealt with that situation very professionally and coolly in the circumstances. Thankfully the sale was salvaged because of your handling of things we felt. A big thanks to Rob who came to the house to explain things which we felt was so kind and could not have been easy. We were given honest advice - even when we didn't want to hear it perhaps! theAgents were proactive in terms of monitoring regular viewings and when we met to discuss a price reduction we felt our concerns re price were listened to. A professional friendly service and Rob even recommended the removal company we used."

thankyou rob for getting the sale of our house through so quick i must admit i was a bit dubious when you said it would be sold in a matter of weeks considering the market but you were proffessional and helpful and kept to your word.
i would gladly recommend The Agents to anyone. once again thankyou.
